Fabtech FTL5207 is the 1.5 in kit, and Zone ZONF1205 and Daystar KF09124BK are 2 in kits that reuse the factory shocks. The tallest front lift is 6 in, on fifteen kits. Zone's 4WD 6-inch kits ZONF90F, ZONF90LN and ZONF90N pair it with a 5 in rear lift, ZONF98F and its siblings pair it with 4 in, and the 2WD kits ZONF121F and ZONF122F state no rear figure. The largest tire is 37 in on eleven kits, 35 in on ten and 33 in on six, with twelve kits stating none. Shocks are included on twenty-eight kits and reused on ten. Factory options decide more than height does. Fabtech's 4-inch and 6-inch kits are SuperCrew only, gas only, and exclude Raptor and hybrid models. Eleven Fabtech kits exclude the Tremor Off-road Package and CCD. Zone ZONF103 is the one kit named for a truck with CCD, a 6 in spacer lift that reuses the factory shocks. Watch-outs before you buy
No kit is ruled out outright, but the exclusions run long. The eight Fabtech 4-inch and 6-inch kits say the OEM wheel and tire cannot be used. Eleven Fabtech kits exclude the Ford onboard scale system and the F-150 Lightning, and FTL5207, K2374DL and K2375DL also name BlueCruise. Supreme Suspensions 33.1(pro), 33.2(pro) and 33.2(33L(x2))(pro) carry a maker title range of 2014-2023 and do not fit factory pre-lifted or leveled trucks or those with the off-road package. Years are wide on several kits, such as FTL5207 at 2015-2026 and Daystar KF09124BK at 2009-2025. ReadyLIFT 66-2120 is listed with 2021-2023, 2021-2024 and 2021-2025 by different sources, so confirm its years with the maker. Check part number, cab style and the CCD and Tremor options before you buy.
