Lift kits for the 2015-2020 Ford F-150: what to know first
The 2015-2020 Ford F-150 has 46 lift and leveling kits, all of them fitting, with none ruled out by its maker. The truck comes as a Regular Cab, SuperCab or SuperCrew, with three bed floor lengths: 67.1 in on the 5.5 ft bed, 78.9 in on the 6.5 ft bed and 97.6 in on the 8 ft bed. Four makers appear: Supreme Suspensions with eighteen kits, Fabtech with 15, Zone Offroad Products with 12 and Daystar with one. By drivetrain, twenty-five kits are 4WD only, 15 are 2WD only and six list both. Front lift runs from 1.5 in on Fabtech FTL5207 up to 6.5 in on two Supreme Suspensions 2WD kits. That spread is wide, and the factory package on your truck, such as Tremor, Raptor or diesel, decides which kits are open to you.

How to choose for this truck
The 46 kits break into twenty-four full suspension lifts, nine spacer lifts, eight leveling kits and five coilover lifts. At the bottom, Fabtech FTL5207 gives 1.5 in, and twelve kits give 2 in, including Daystar KF09124BK strut spacers, Zone ZONF1203 and Supreme 33.1(pro). Three kits give 2.5 in, six give 3 in and nine give 4 in. Of the 4 in group, Fabtech K2193, K2193DL, K2193M and K2196DL for 4WD list a 33 in largest tire, while Zone ZONF47F, ZONF47LN and ZONF47N list 35 in and 4 in at the rear. The 6 in group has seven kits, and Zone ZONF53F, ZONF53LN and ZONF53N list 37 in, the largest tire listed for this truck. On 2WD, the Supreme full suspension lifts run from 4.5 in to 6.5 in front with 3 in to 5 in at the rear, all for 35 in tires. Shocks matter too: twenty-four kits include them and twenty-two reuse the factory shocks, including all eight Supreme full suspension lifts. The Fabtech 4 in and 6 in kits and the Supreme kits carry factory-option conditions that can rule out your truck.
Watch-outs before you buy
No kit is ruled out outright, yet the maker footnotes carry real exclusions. Fabtech FTL5207 will not fit trucks with the Tremor Off-road Package, the CCD damping system, the Ford onboard scale system or BlueCruise, and some models may not sit level. The Fabtech 4 in and 6 in kits say you can not use the OEM wheel and tire, exclude Raptor and exclude Standard Cab. The K2193 family and K2196DL also exclude diesel. Supreme's 33 series does not fit factory pre-lifted or leveled trucks or those with the off-road package, and its 4WD STB3 kits remove the factory rear blocks, which changes the net rear lift. Supreme SUS-SSP.2-F.150-0424-PRO excludes Raptor. Years differ by maker, so confirm yours and the exact part number, since many Supreme numbers differ by one suffix.

37 in, on Zone ZONF53F, ZONF53LN and ZONF53N, which are 6 in front lift kits for 4WD. Fourteen kits list 35 in and seven list 33 in. Twenty-two kits do not publish a largest tire.
Do these kits fit an F-150 Tremor or Raptor?
Not the kits that say otherwise. Fabtech FTL5207 excludes the Tremor Off-road Package, and the Fabtech 4 in and 6 in kits exclude Raptor. Supreme excludes trucks with the off-road package, and SUS-SSP.2-F.150-0424-PRO excludes Raptor.
Is there a 2WD lift kit for the 2015-2020 F-150?
Fifteen kits are 2WD only, from the 2 in Fabtech coilover kits K2260DL and K2261DL up to Supreme kits at 6.5 in front and 5 in rear. Six more kits list 2WD and 4WD, such as Fabtech FTL5207 and Daystar KF09124BK.
Can I keep my stock wheels and tires on a lifted F-150?
The Fabtech 4 in and 6 in kits say you can not use the OEM wheel and tire. The Supreme 2WD full suspension kits are compatible with wheels of 17 in or larger with 6.25 in backspacing or less, and wheel and tire selection may require minor trimming.
What do the Supreme STB3 and STB4 kits change at the rear?
The STB3 kits are 4WD and list 1.5 in of rear lift. The STB4 kits are 2WD and list 2 in. On the STB3 kits the maker says the factory 4WD rear blocks are removed, which changes the net rear lift.
Which F-150 lift kits include shocks?
Twenty-four kits include shocks: fourteen of the fifteen Fabtech kits, all but FTL5207, plus Zone ZONF149LN, ZONF47F, ZONF47LN, ZONF47N, ZONF53F, ZONF53LN, ZONF53N and the three ZONF66 kits. The other 22 kits reuse the factory shocks.
