About FitsMyTruck

FitsMyTruck is an independent fitment reference for pickup and SUV accessories. It exists because the fit facts a buyer needs are scattered across dozens of manufacturer charts, install PDFs and retailer listings that often disagree with each other. We put them in one place, in one format, with the source and the check date next to every value.

What we do

• Compile specifications and fit rules from manufacturer documents and automaker specifications.
• Normalise them into one schema per product class, so covers, hitches, kits, liners and racks can be compared on the same fields.
• Check fit relations against the maker's list before publishing, and record who checked what and when.
• Publish the method, the sources and a corrections route.

What we do not do

• We do not physically test products, and no page claims we did.
• We do not copy marketplace listings, customer reviews or star ratings.
• We do not accept payment from manufacturers for placement, and no manufacturer can change a table.
