The CURT Class 4 Trailer Hitch, 2" Receiver (custom-fit) in brief
Seven part numbers make up the CURT Class 4 custom-fit line for pickups. Each has a 2 in. receiver, is listed as Hitch class IV and is marked no drilling. Model years run 2007-2027. The trucks are the Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Toyota Tundra, and the Silverado and Sierra 2500, 3500 HD. Six of the seven carry a gross trailer weight rating of 10,000 lb and a tongue weight rating of 1,000 lb. The exception is part 14022 for the Tundra, at 12,000 lb and 1,200 lb. All seven list a weight-distributing rating of 12,000 lb. Listed hitch weights run from 46 lb on 14022 to 52 lb on 14301 and 14005. CURT prints the weight as a bare number, so pounds is an assumption. The maker's site is curtmfg.com. CURT does not state a wiring connector for these hitches, and the wiring part numbers vary by truck and year.

Which part number is yours
Check for a factory receiver before anything else. For the F-150, CURT lists 2015-2027 in two styles: without factory receiver, excluding Police Responder, and with the factory receiver. There are two F-150 numbers, 14017 and 14021, and CURT does not say which belongs to which style, so read the style on the listing. Part 14019 is for 2019-2026 Silverado and Sierra 1500 with no factory receiver, and CURT says it will not fit with one. The listing says no drilling, yet CURT's guide marks install difficulty Advanced, which the guide defines as some drilling, hole enlargement or trimming. Parts 14006 and 14301 also list Silverado and Sierra 1500. One CURT entry covers 2014-2018 trucks plus the 2019 LD and Limited, and another covers 2007-2018 excluding the roll pan bumper, Tommy Gate lift or 10 in. drop bumper. CURT does not say which of these two entries goes with which part number, so confirm in the maker's chart. Tundra part 14022 is the 2022-2026 fit. Part 14005 is listed for 2020-2026 Silverado and Sierra 2500 HD without a factory receiver.
